I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can speak openly, explore new perspectives, and develop practical skills to help you feel more confident in navigating everyday life. I utilize a client-center approach, where you can feel free to show up exactly as you are. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, we'll work together to create a path forward that reflects your unique needs, goals, and pace, with compassion, empathy, and respect. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strengths-based approach in my practice. I also incorporate somatic techniques, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) to help with nervous system dysregulation.
For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling that thoughtfully incorporates Christian faith into the therapeutic process. My goal is to honor your beliefs and offer a space where faith can be a meaningful source of hope, strength, and guidance through life's challenges.
If you...
feel like you're constantly behind and never doing enough
somehow feel both "too much" and "not enough" at the same time
have a hard time saying no, even when you're completely exhausted
replay conversations in your head long after they've ended
struggle with body image or feel like you should look different
find it difficult to consistently care for yourself
lie awake at night thinking about everything you need to do
carry the emotional weight of your family, relationships, or everyone around you
are navigating the mental load of parenting and wondering why it feels so much harder than everyone else makes it look
feel like you've lost touch with yourself beneath the demands of motherhood or caregiving
are moving through a major life transition such as becoming a parent, ending a relationship, graduating, changing careers, experiencing loss, or figuring out what's next
feel stuck between who you've been and who you're becoming
You're not alone.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, caring, high-functioning people who spend so much energy supporting everyone else that there's very little left for themselves. They're often carrying the invisible weight of parenting, relationships, work, family expectations, or a significant life transition while silently wondering why everything feels so hard.
This is exactly the kind of work I love to do.
